• Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

セッションは現在、Zoomによるオンライン開催となっております。
お支払い確認後、Zoomリンクおよびセッション詳細をメールにてお送りいたします。メールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認のうえ、お問い合わせください。

すべてのセッションは、丁寧に準備された大切な時間としてご用意しております。
そのため、下記ポリシーへのご理解をお願い申し上げます。
・お支払い完了後のご返金は承っておりません。
・日程変更はセッション開始時刻の24時間前までのご連絡に限り承ります。
・開始24時間以内のキャンセルおよび無断欠席につきましては、返金・日程変更ともにお受けいたしかねます。
・決済手数料は返金対象外となります。
すべてのご予約は、本ポリシーにご同意いただいたものとして承ります。

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All services (including Trance Healing, Channeling Sessions, and Private Programs) are personalized spiritual services involving individual energetic preparation. Preparation begins immediately upon booking confirmation and payment.
All payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted under any circumstances. For installment plans, the remaining balance remains legally due.
For single sessions only, one (1) rescheduling request is permitted if written notice is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture. Structured programs or courses are non-reschedulable.
Under EU Consumer Protection Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon explicit agreement that service preparation begins immediately.
Exceptions apply only if the provider is unable to deliver the service or where legally required.
By completing the booking and payment, the client agrees to this policy.

本サービス（チャネリング、トランスヒーリング、個別セッション／コース）は、個別のエネルギー調整および準備を伴うパーソナルサービスです。予約確定およびお支払い完了時点で準備は開始されます。
すべてのお支払いは返金不可です。
理由の如何を問わず、キャンセルによる返金は行いません。分割払いの場合も、残額の支払い義務は継続します。
単発セッションに限り、開始48時間前までの書面通知があった場合のみ、1回まで日程変更が可能です。
48時間以内のキャンセルおよび無断キャンセルは、日程変更不可となります。コース型プログラムは日程変更不可です。
EU消費者保護法に基づく14日間の撤回権は、お申し込み時に「サービス準備の即時開始および撤回権放棄」に同意いただくことで適用外となります。
提供者都合でサービス提供が不可能な場合、または法的義務がある場合を除き、例外はありません。
お申し込みおよびお支払いをもって、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
