What are all these difficult events trying to tell us?

“Translating messages from the unseen world into a form that everyone can receive.”
This is my mission here on Earth.
This time, however, I am not going to share one of my own mysterious experiences.
Instead, I would like to tell you about the remarkable connection I felt between the story of the much-talked-about film The Odyssey and the messages I have recently been receiving.
Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated film The Odyssey—what message might this ancient story hold for us today?
I watched the film at an IMAX theater in Switzerland. The world portrayed on screen resonated deeply with the messages I am currently receiving, as well as with the direction in which I sense our world is moving. It left a lasting impression on me.
What Does “Odyssey” Mean?
The word “odyssey” comes from The Odyssey, the epic poem by the ancient Greek poet Homer.
Today, the word can refer to:
· A long and difficult journey
· A life-changing adventure
· A journey of the soul
· A journey through trials and challenges
So, when someone says in English:
“It’s been quite an odyssey.”
They mean:
“It has been a long, difficult, and eventful journey.”
I cannot share too many details without giving away the story, but the images on the enormous IMAX screen were truly breathtaking.
The climax was especially intense. There were moments so suspenseful and nerve-racking that I could not help covering my eyes with my hands.
What Is the Story About?
The main character is Odysseus, King of Ithaca, played by Matt Damon.
After winning the Trojan War, Odysseus begins his long journey home. However, it takes him an astonishing ten years to return.
Why does his journey take so long?
On the way home, Odysseus battles the giant Cyclops and blinds him in one eye.
Enraged, Poseidon, the god of the sea, declares:
“You will not return home easily.”

Just as Poseidon warns, Odysseus and his companions are confronted with one trial after another.
Despite the many hardships he faces, Odysseus never stops trying to return home.
Meanwhile, back in Ithaca, his wife Penelope is being pressured by numerous suitors to remarry.
Yet, even as she struggles with uncertainty, she continues to believe:
“My husband will return.”
The Meaning Behind the Trials
What are all these difficult events trying to tell us?
Before watching the film, it may be helpful to understand a little about the symbolic meaning behind each challenge. This may allow you to experience the story on a deeper level.
When we interpret The Odyssey from a spiritual perspective, the following meanings begin to emerge:
· The battle with the CyclopsA mind limited to a single point of view
· The temptation of the SirensHow we face temptation
· The encounter with the sorceress CirceThe temptation to forget who we truly are
· The sea monsters Scylla and CharybdisA choice that brings hardship whichever path we take
· The island of the goddess CalypsoThe temptation to remain in comfort and stop moving forward
· The violent stormsExperiences that test our faith and trust
· The loss of companionsProfound loss in life
I feel that each of these events carries a symbolic meaning.
As you watch the film, you may wish to ask yourself:
“What is this challenge trying to teach us?”
Discovering your own answer to that question may be one of the most rewarding parts of experiencing the film.
A Message from My Spirit Guide
There is an important truth that emerges both from the messages my spirit guide has been sharing with me and from the story of The Odyssey:
“True abundance is having people in your life whom you can trust.”
True abundance means:
· Having a place to return to
· Having someone to love
· Having people you can trust
· Remembering the essence of who you truly are
Perhaps true abundance is
not about winning battles, but about living surrounded by love and trust.
“Humanity must move from an age of power into an age of trust.”
Could this be what The Odyssey is trying to tell those of us living today?
Anxiety that seems to have no clear cause may be a sign telling you:
“Come back to your heart.”
Becoming aware of the true voice beneath your anxiety can give you the strength to take a new step forward.
The second half of 2026 is an especially important time.
Rather than making choices in order to gain someone else’s approval, listen to your true feelings and choose what is honest and authentic for you. This is where you begin to create a life that reflects who you truly are—and develop the inner strength to protect yourself.
At times, it can be difficult to distinguish the voice of your heart from the voice of fear when you are facing everything alone.
💫A personal guidance session💫
is not a time in which I decide the answers for you. Through conversation and the messages I receive, I help you reconnect with your own feelings and inner wisdom so that you can discover your next step for yourself.
As the Lion’s Gate Portal reaches its peak, this period becomes particularly meaningful and important for you.
