Through the Lion’s Gate☀️have you discovered how you truly want to live?

Hello everyone.

I’m Michiko Sutter, a spiritual channeler.

The Lion’s Gate period began on July 26.

August 8, which is said to be the day when the energy reaches its peak, has now passed. The gate is believed to close on August 12—and this year, a solar eclipse will also take place on that day.

During this period, our emotions may feel more unsettled than usual. Feelings that we have avoided or pushed aside may suddenly rise to the surface.

You may feel restless without knowing why.

You may suddenly remember something from the past. You may begin to question something you have believed in for a long time.

Or perhaps an answer to something you have been struggling with suddenly becomes clear.

Some of you may be experiencing changes like these right now.

That is why I would like to ask you one question today:

Where is the place where you feel truly safe?

Is it your home?

Your family?

A familiar workplace?

Or being close to someone you trust?

When we think of a safe place, we often imagine something outside ourselves.

A comfortable home. Family and friends who understand us.Familiar work.Someone who will always stand by our side.

Of course, these places and relationships are deeply important.

Someone’s words may comfort us. Being held by someone may help the tension in our hearts begin to soften.

But if all the conditions around us were perfect, would we truly feel safe?

And if our circumstances changed, would our sense of security disappear with them?

I Also Looked for Security Outside Myself

I experienced what is known as a “walk-in,” and I began receiving messages from many beings.

Jesus; Anna, the grandmother of Jesus; Bartholomew; the Anunnaki; Ramesses II; and many others.

I once believed that if I could connect with beings from the unseen world and receive their messages, I would no longer feel lost.

If they showed me the right path, I would not make mistakes.

If I could receive an answer whenever I had to make a decision, I would be able to live without fear.

But in reality, even after I began receiving messages, my anxiety did not disappear.

“Is it really safe to trust this message?”

“Have I understood it correctly?”

“Shouldn’t I be receiving a clearer answer?”

When I received an answer, I felt reassured for a while. But before long, I wanted another answer.

I continued searching for something that could give me an even stronger sense of certainty.

True Security Comes from Being in Alignment with Yourself

One day, I realized something.

Feeling safe is not simply about having someone tell you, “You will be all right.”

It is not about receiving messages, possessing a special ability, or knowing everything that will happen in the future.

I believe that true security arises when your heart and the way you live are in alignment.

Your heart tells you, “This doesn’t feel right,” but you follow the people around you and say,

“This is fine.”

You really want to rest, but you push yourself because you are afraid of being disliked.

You want to say no, but you agree because you are afraid of losing the other person.

You feel sad, but you smile and say, “I’m fine.”

When what we truly feel and the way we actually live begin to move apart, a quiet tension develops inside us.

Each moment may seem very small.

But when these moments accumulate, they can eventually become an anxiety that we cannot explain.

To make that anxiety disappear, we search outside ourselves for answers.

I need more recognition.

I need to develop more abilities.

I need to earn more money.

I need to know the right answer.

I need someone to love me more.

There is nothing wrong with making an effort, growing, or seeking abundance.

But when these desires begin with the fear that “who I am now is not enough,” nothing we obtain will ever make us feel completely secure.

Taking Your Life Back into Your Own Hands

I began asking myself:

“Am I ignoring what I truly feel?”

“Am I making this choice out of fear, or am I choosing from my heart?”

“Would I still choose this, even if no one praised me for it?”

Sometimes, an answer does not come immediately.

When that happens, you do not have to force yourself to decide.

What matters is that you turn inward and do not dismiss the quiet feelings that arise from within you.

The answer from your heart does not always speak in a loud voice.

It may be a small and gentle feeling:

“I would like to rest today.”

“I would like to tell this person how I truly feel.”

“Perhaps I am ready to let this go.”

“I am afraid, but I would like to move in a different direction.”

It is perfectly fine to listen to other people’s opinions. It is fine to receive spiritual messages. It is also fine to ask someone for guidance when you feel lost.

But in the end, you are the one who chooses.

“I choose this.”

“Whatever happens, I will stay by my own side.”

Being able to say this helps us develop a sense of security within ourselves.

Do Not Push Away the Part of You That Feels Afraid

If you are feeling anxious right now, gently place a hand on your chest or your abdomen.

Breathe in slowly, and then breathe out slowly.

Ask yourself:

“What am I afraid of right now?”

You do not need to find the correct answer. It is also all right if no words come to you.

Perhaps your chest feels tight.Your stomach feels heavy.Your throat feels blocked.

Your shoulders are tense.

Simply begin by noticing these sensations.

Then, quietly say to yourself:

“I’m sorry I didn’t notice.”

“You have been trying so hard, all by yourself.”

“I will not leave you behind anymore.”

“Whatever happens, I will stay with you.”

Some people may begin to cry when they hear these words. Others may feel nothing at all.

Both responses are perfectly all right.

What matters is not having a special experience. What matters is giving yourself time to return to your inner world.

Feeling safe does not mean that fear will disappear completely.

It means not abandoning yourself when fear arises.

It means not blaming yourself when you feel uncertain.

It means not denying your worth when you make a mistake.

I believe this is how we create a safe place within ourselves.

Become the Place You Can Always Return to

The Lion’s Gate period does not mean that you have to make something extraordinary happen.

You do not have to make a major decision or acquire a new spiritual ability.

If your heart feels unsettled right now, perhaps this is an opportunity to recognize what you truly feel.

The things you have been forcing yourself to continue.

The things you have secretly wanted to end.

The things you have wanted to begin for a long time.

The words you have wanted to say to someone.

The words you have wanted to offer yourself.

Perhaps these things are now trying to rise to the surface.

Change often brings anxiety.

But feeling unsettled does not necessarily mean that you are on the wrong path. Your heart may be trembling precisely because you are beginning to leave an old way of living behind and move toward a new version of yourself.

When you feel uncertain, try asking yourself:

“If I make this choice, will I move closer to myself—or further away from myself?”

Instead of asking whether the choice is right or wrong, notice whether it brings you closer to who you truly are.

Today, listen to just one small voice within you.

Then answer that voice:

“I hear you.”

“Your feelings matter to me.”

“Whatever happens, I am here with you.”

The place where you feel truly safe may not be somewhere far away.

When you look honestly into your heart, refuse to abandon yourself, and live in harmony with your true feelings, you become the safest place you can return to.

For Those Who Would Like to Connect More Deeply with Their Inner Voice

The voice of your heart is very quiet.

Sometimes it can be difficult to hear it on your own. It may become hidden beneath anxiety, expectations, and the voices of those around you.

Lion’s Gate Special Offering

This special offering is for those who feel:

“I would like to look more deeply within myself.”

“I would like to receive the message I need at this moment.”

“I would like to work through my uncertainty and find my next step.”

For the month of August, I am offering a special one-to-one spiritual guidance session.

Spiritual Guidance to Help You Move Forward

Private Spiritual Guidance Session | 45 Minutes

As we move into a new flow of energy, this special session offers you time to listen to your inner voice and prepare for your next step.

There are moments when we reach an important turning point in life.

When we feel uncertain or anxious and find it difficult to move forward, we may need to pause, quiet our minds, and listen to the voice within.

During this private session, I will listen carefully to what you are experiencing and to any concerns you would like to share.

Together, we will receive the insights and messages that are most important for you at this time, helping you discover your next step.

This is not about following someone else’s idea of what is right. It is a space where you can recognize the voice and answers that already exist within you.

As a special August offering, the usual 30-minute session has been extended by 15 minutes, giving you a full 45 minutes.

I invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and use this opportunity to spend some quiet time with your heart.

▶︎ Details about “Spiritual Guidance to Help You Move Forward” can be found under Courses on this website.
