What is Meditation?
Meditation is a state of thoughtlessness. It involves closing your eyes and concentrating on your breathing in a relaxed posture to become thoughtless.It is believed to have a stress-reducing and healing effect by calming the mind and letting go, as well as improving concentration.Meditation has helped me to get my intuition & reduce my stress and feel lighter!This is my experience!  - Michiko -
